Can we update the app live during the event?
Yes. Vendor moves, stage changes, schedule swaps, weather closures — push them from the admin dashboard and they appear in attendee apps within seconds (or on next app open if the attendee is offline). No app store resubmission, no waiting.
Can we re-brand the app per event?
Yes. Each event you run can have its own logo, colours, splash screen, and content. A single OuterMap account can produce dozens of branded event apps. Enterprise plans include per-event App Store metadata too.
How fast can we set up a brand-new event?
If you have a venue map (PNG, PDF, or vector floor plan), most teams go from upload to a published branded app in under 30 minutes. Returning events that use the same venue reuse most content — typically 5-10 minutes to refresh for the next event date.
What about pricing for one-off events vs recurring annuals?
The Free Launch plan covers 3 maps — enough for a small one-off event. Larger recurring events (multi-stage festivals, annual conferences) move to Enterprise pricing, quoted per program. We support contract structures that fit the event calendar, not arbitrary monthly billing.
Can attendees use it without downloading anything?
Yes — alongside the iOS and Android apps, OuterMap publishes a mobile-web version of every event. Attendees can open it directly from a QR code at the entrance with no install. Offline mode requires the native app, but live updates work in both.
